1. After confirmation of the fund transfers, Customer Services Rep will approach the client to confirm with the pickup date and time. Please properly fill in the Withdrawal Notice Form and send it to our Customer Services Rep via email or online customer services in order to have a final confirmation on the pickup date and time. Please allow 5 working days for pickup confirmation.
  2. 1.Client can visit our Headquarters in Wan Chai on the reserved date in person accompanied with valid Withdrawal Notice and identity document to pick up physical bullion. We don’t provide delivery service.
  3. 2.Client must show the deposit slip and identity document before pick up the physical bullion.

Note:

  1. If client submit the withdrawal form via email, please mention “physical bullion Withdrawal” in subject.
  2. For any reservation amendments, please approach our Customer Services Rep before FIVE working days.
  3. If clients cannot pick up the physical bullion on reserved date, KAB bullion (Hong Kong) Limited will charge Custodian Fee after the reserved date, Custodian Fee: HKD500/kg per month or part thereof, paid at physical settlement.
  4. Please check your product carefully, no returns are allowed once the confirmation has been signed.
