A Account Opening

Client should first complete the online physical gold account opening procedure.
B Price quotes

Clients can have a daily price quote services by our Customer Services Rep via email or online customer services. Client can also obtain latest physical gold products price quote under the online platform.
C Submit order form

Upon client confirmed the product price，client will be required to sign the order form and submit to our Customer Services Rep via email or online customer services，After the confirmation of the order, any of further amendment of the transaction amount is not accepted. Client can also submit the physical gold production order request via the online platform.
D Deposit and payment instruction submission（involving Deposit slip）

Client will be required to pay full amount of the purchase by Cheque, Bank Transfer or T.T. within 2 hours after order form submission. After deposit payment, please fill in the payment instruction form with Verified Deposit slip and submit to our Customer Services Rep via email or online customer services.

Online purchasing Hours：Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 15:00pm（except Saturday, Sunday and HK public Holiday）

Verification Time：client must complete the deposit payment before 16:00pm of the purchasing day

Note：

if client cannot complete deposit payment within 2 hours after the submission of the order form or before 16:00pm of the purchasing day，the original quoting price will be invalided，To secure your reservation，please quote the updated price again from our Customer Services Rep.
if client submit the order form via email, please mention “physical bullion order” in subject.
